It’s been a busy year at Clover Park, with some major masterplanning milestones being met in our growing community. Most of all we have been proud to welcome so many new families to Clover Park. We are looking forward to even more construction and community celebrations with you all in 2024!
The first release in our final stage went on sale in 2023.
Final Stage Now Selling
We are excited that our final stage in Clover Park is now selling. Release 9A is the first land release in our final stage, and these gorgeous lots look out over our future reserve on Peppermint Grove. If you’ve been waiting to find your dream block at Clover Park, please speak to our Land Consultant Brad to make sure you don’t miss out on the perfect allotment in our final stage!
Heysen Boulevard at Clover Park is now complete, providing a second entrance to the development via Kachina Drive.

We’re thrilled that Clover Park has now delivered its entire section of Heysen Boulevard. Now open for traffic, this new section of boulevard connects an important second entrance to our community via Kachina Drive.
King’s Baptist Grammar School is just an easy 3 minute drive from Clover Park.
King’s Baptist Grammar School Opened

We got moving in Clover Park with a series of fun boot camps in 2023!
We Got Moving!
We hosted a series of spring boot camps at Clover Park in 2023 thanks to the amazing team at the Adelaide Hills Women’s Fitness Studio. We loved seeing the community connect and enjoy working out in our beautiful Lilac Reserve together. Thanks to everyone who attended these fun classes!
We launched an exclusive collection of large allotments in 2023 – The Bluegum Release.
The Bluegum Release
In 2023 we released a premium collection of allotments at Clover Park called The Bluegum Release. These beautiful large blocks give you plenty of room to build your dream family home and enjoy a large backyard with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Landscaping has commenced in our reserve along Goodenia Grove, and should be complete and ready for our community to enjoy in early 2024.

Landscaping Legends
We were thrilled to re-launch our Landscaping Legends competition at Clover Park in 2023 to reward all of our resident gardeners who help to keep Clover Park looking gorgeous! Each month our residents nominate a legendary front garden by posting a picture on social media using the hashtags #LandscapingLegends and #CloverPark and our judges select who will win the monthly $250 prize. Congrats to all of our winners in 2023!
Our community Christmas catch up has been postponed until the New Year.
Community Christmas Celebration
In light of the recent weather events, our festive Christmas celebration at Clover Park has been postponed. Stay tuned as we explore alternative dates in January to come together and celebrate with our wonderful community!
