It’s been a busy 2022 at Clover Park, with so many new families moving into their brand new homes and joining our Adelaide Hills community.
We’ve listed some of our highlights from 2022 below to celebrate a year full of awards and community celebrations, and we can’t wait to share with you what we have in store for 2023!
An Award Winning Address!
We were incredibly proud to be name the Best Residential Development for 2022 by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (SA). As a company that prides itself on being ‘better by design’, our team at Lanser is extremely proud that Clover Park has been recognised for excellence in urban development. Our vision was to establish Clover Park as a boutique Hills address, offering a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle that allows homebuyers to build their dream home in an iconic setting, and we have loved watching this development take shape!
Lilac Reserve Playground
Our new playground at Lilac Reserve opened in 2022, creating a fun new destination for families in Mount Barker. With stunning views all the way to Mount Barker Summit, this spectacular spot is perfect for picnic play dates, and the play equipment is fun for all ages and abilities. We have loved seeing local children enjoying this space, bringing it to life!
Landscaping Legends Launches
Clover Park is an enviable boutique Hills address, and our residents help to make our streetscapes attractive We launched our Landscaping Legends competition at Clover Park in 2022 to reward the talented gardeners in our community for helping to make this such a beautiful place to call home! Each month a Landscaping Legend at Clover Park wins a $250 voucher for their hard work in the garden, and we look forward to continuing this competition in 2023.
Our First TV Commercial
Some of you may have seen us out and about shooting our very first TV commercial at Clover Park… Watch out for our new Lanser television ad that features Lilac Reserve at Clover Park – it will feature during Sunrise and the Big Bash over the holiday break!
We LOVE Clover Park
We launched our very first community competition at Clover Park in 2022. To win, our residents need to tell us in 250 words or less what the love about Clover Park! We have loved reading the entries so far, and we look forward to announcing the winner and sharing our favourite entries with the community in 2023.
