Clover Park: A Community Built Around Trees and Green Spaces

At Clover Park, our commitment to preserving the natural environment is woven into every aspect of our urban design. If you live at Clover Park, or you have visited one of our parks, you will have noticed the beautiful mature trees in our green spaces…

Lilac Reserve was designed to retain the beautiful mature pine and gum trees on site.

At Lanser, tree retention is a fundamental aspect of our urban design philosophy. Our team strives to incorporate mature trees into our developments whenever possible, and at Clover Park, we have created bespoke allotments to preserve these natural assets, and we have designed our parks and play spaces around the beautiful mature trees on site.

Our basin under construction in Stage 6 is home to beautiful, mature trees.

Beyond retaining existing trees, we plant hundreds of new trees in each development, enhancing street landscapes, parks, and reserves. This commitment to maintaining and expanding tree canopies helps reduce heat load, encourages biodiversity, and ensures a green legacy for future generations.

The beautiful heritage gums are a popular feature of our Lilac Reserve play space.
